management Team represents decades of experience and proven success in the business
world, as well as unparalleled knowledge and experience in developing
and delivering enterprise wireless solutions.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Majagah has worked in the software industry for 16 years, and has extensive experience
in both software development as well as systems analysis. Prior to founding TCS, he served
as the Chief Architect and Developer for the Corporate Technology Group with Donaldson, Lufkin,
and Jenrette, a major investment banking firm. He has also held management and executive positions
with IT consulting firms across the US. A strong advocate for continuing education, Mr. Majagah
is a member of various alumni and continues to advance his deep programming and IT expertise.
Mr. Majagah holds a B.S. in Radiation Science from Thomas Edison State College, and
two M.S. degrees, one in Radiation Science from Rutgers University and the other in Biomedical Informatics
in a joint program of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and the
University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He also holds a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from UMDNJ.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Kardan brings over 13 years experience in all aspects of the product development life cycle. He has
extensive management experience in developing enterprise level software with millions of users worldwide. Mr. Kardan holds an undergraduate
BS degree in Management from Rutgers University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Koehler serves as Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held at numerous firms before landing at TCS.
He has more than 27 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, and has met the standards of the TCS goal of
the highest level of business ethics and accounting experience. Mr. Koehler came to TCS from GTR, where he held
numerous U.S. and International positions, most recently managing the company’s IPO. Mr. Koehler is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) and continues to advance his extensive knowledge of US and International tax laws.
Vice President, Development
Mr. Nies leads both U.S. and International development teams. He has more than 20 years of engineering and development
experience in the business IT sector, and has worked with a number of industry leading companies, including Prudential
Insurance, the NYC Document Management Group, Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette, and most recently, Innovative Corporate
Solutions. Mr. Nies holds a B.S. from Rutgers University.
Director, Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Charkas serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development. He has more than 10 years of experience in
IT strategy, and has worked with many of the worlds leading IT hardware, software and telecommunications firms.
Mr. Charkas came to TCS from IFG, where he held numerous U.S. and International positions, most recently managing
the company’s consulting and research practices for business focused wireless services. Mr. Charkas is a graduate of
William Paterson College, where he earned a B.S. in Marketing.
